Haha love the intro man. There's a funny thing about believing you're lucky. If you believe that you're lucky, you are more open to receiving those opportunities that could be considered lucky. You're open to them & can execute on them as they present themselves to you. Yes - there's a lot of cope when people want to reduce all the decisions & actions that got you to where you are, all down to luck. They're adopting a kind of victim mindset inferring that because you're lucky, they must be unlucky. I was lucky before I found Bitcoin. Bitcoin just turned everything up a whole level. I could see the real cost behind my actions & it provided a new lens through which to view the world. I'm not a genius or particularly hardworking. Everything just kind of fell into place & a whole range of options just opened up for me. Call it luck or divine intervention, I'm eternally grateful & optimistic about the future. LFG 🔥🫂
People love to say ‘you got lucky.’ But luck never repeats. Systems, habits, and proof-of-work do. What looks random is really the math of persistence📌 Epic again, Sir! 🫡🔥 NOSTR Series # 3 “You Got Lucky” 🍀
Luck is a shortcut word. What people don’t see are the failures, the grind, and the discipline repeated daily. A lucky moment is just the visible tip of a much larger proof-of-work iceberg!!! "SO, DON'T CALL ME LUCKY! I FAILED MORE TIMES THAN YOU FUCKING TRIED 💢" Thank You For Sharing, Sir @HODL 🫡 View quoted note →
"𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤 is reactive! 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 is proactive!" A person who waits on luck may stumble forward once, but a person who sees clearly and persists shapes outcomes again and again. Vision creates direction, persistence gives it force. What looks like luck is usually just relentless alignment with purpose! Good Luck to y’all✨🍀 View quoted note →
"I just got lucky." I can't imagine a more cruel thing to say to someone who has nothing to show for the last 10 years of their life. To say "I just got lucky," is to tell them there's nothing they can do to make a better life. No matter what decisions they make, no matter how hard they work, none of that matters. There's nothing they can do. It's to say, "If luck doesn't smile on you, your life will be meaningless, and you will die miserabe and irrelevent." It's words of discouragement. To say "I just got lucky." Is to wish others harm.
Great message. I'm here because I woke up one day and realised I didn't like where my life was going. It's never too late to change direction, learn something new, do things differently. You don't have to have it all mapped out; take it one step at a time and let little everyday decisions compound in your favour View quoted note →
Sometimes people get lucky when they are offered the opportunity to develop personal strength, resilience and personal wealth from loved ones dying traumatic deaths or suffering life limiting illnesses, from war, from childhood trauma, from permanent injuries, from a vast, humanity wide set of variables. We are all lucky to be on our paths. Life is a long winding path friens. Gratitude and humility are beautiful attributes
Sometimes it’s just about working hard… and being lucky enough to grab the right ticket 🎟️🍀 I just launched a little #bitcoin lottery project, hoping to create some winners (and maybe stack a few sats for myself too 🐒⚡)

Raising kids is different. Nobody tells you that you got lucky when you have a huge family. (8+ kids) They know it's non-stop hard work 24/7. And when your children turn out to be amazing, smart, outgoing, healthy, and well rounded, they know that you of put in the work. No luck assumed by anyone.
