Can I give you all a hug? This year, I overcame a fear, and Iām so happy and grateful. It is possible - maybe not right away, but strong intentions will make a difference. And I know that each of you is capable of facing your fears or making a long-considered decision. This hug would just be a way to strengthen that. š«
