How can one be as censored as he claims to be (both financially and otherwise) and still say you believe in fiat money? The only person who was as censored as he claims was Assange and it didn't take him long to find #Bitcoin. Either he is lying about being pro fiat money (given his political ambitions) or he is a controlled dummy.

Just listened to the whole thing. I really enjoyed it and I'm glad these two are talking. I didn't get any impression that Nick is a fed, but he seems immature. Has more growing to do. Both of them seem far to interested in politics, especially Dave given how much he knows. They're still hanging on to the broken system hoping it will save or spare them.. especially in regards to censorship. I'm here on nostr because I don't care to give anyone the choice to censor me. I was also reminded that Nick got debanked.. which makes me even more surprised that he would 'support fiat.' I imagine after that statement he'll come around from people pushing the subject.

I don't think a single person who understands money would want to replace USA dollars with Bitcoin if they were put in the position to make that choice. The USA government does not control Bitcoin. It would be an economic suicide, all american manufacturing would shut overnight. You'd see the total collapse of your economy overnight.

Maybe you are confused? I wasn't talking to you. I was responding to the video. If you forced every American citizen to use Bitcoin instead of dollars, and every country using dollars as their reserve to switch. It would destroy your economy overnight. Only Blackrock and a handful of people who are already rich would benefit, while millions of people would suffer.
The main issue is having a currency backed by debt where the money supply is controlled by bad actors. This was even the case under "The Gold Standard", whenever there was a national bank with a monopoly on issuing paper certificates, while utilizing fractional reserve banking. Once the bankers can offload their default risk onto the tax payer, we are all worse off.
As the world comes closer to understanding the issues facing it, opposition to the system will be created and promoted by the system itself. We see a lot of this today, but the revealed past can be seen even more clearly, such as "Operation Truth" run by the Bolsheviks to oppose themselves in Soviet Russia. Other opposition, real opposition, got brutally crushed, funneling sympathizers into the controlled opposition instead. Today we'll see this, but there won't be crossover into other issues. Nick will tell you Jews control the banks, but if a solution comes along to oppose banks, he won't support it. Because he's not actually supposed to build real multi-front opposition, he's meant to be a figurehead for a specific issue so he can lose on that front alone. That's one way to clearly see who is the controlled opposition.
