I would recover that old seed on Sparrow and get any Sats out of it. Bisq v1 uses Bitcoin Core directly and as such with all the chain bloat of late will have issues scanning back a long way through the chain. I would create a new Wallet, if using v1 again. More important than the wallet, you should make sure to re-use/recover your payment accounts, that way you will have your account age visible, which is an important anti-spam metric Bisq users look to when selecting offers to trade against.
This one (npub1sqn6...6t5net) has validated the bisq.network NIP-05 address, thus proving that they have control over bisq.network. The one you're mentioning has the NIP-05 address "bisq_jayboi@iris.to", which could have been created by anyone. So idk about the other one, but this one is legit. + the npub was posted on their twitter account
Glad to see Bisq on Nostr! If you haven't tried Bisq you're probably a lazy statist cuck. That's not a joke, stop being lazy, try harder.

Hello Nostr! This npub will now be a primary outlet for Bisq news and announcements. New posts will be published here and then cross-posted to the bisq_network X handle. Decommissioning X will be considered when this npub has more followers. image
