Whatever is able to elicit your emotions gains power over you. This is not theory — it is physical reality. Every cell in your body listens to the language of emotions. Emotions are commands. Signals. When emotions fire, your entire system obeys without question. This is how the body works: it doesn’t wait for your rational analysis, it listens instantly to the emotional pulse.
You are supposed to be the one speaking to your army. You are the commander. You control the emotional signals you send, and through them, you control your entire internal state — your focus, your energy, your reactions. But the moment you let something external trigger your emotions, you give away control. Your army starts following someone else’s orders.
This is dangerous. Extremely dangerous. Because anything that can hijack your emotional system can steer you — your decisions, your actions, your physiology. It can make you act against your interest, lose clarity, and collapse your efficiency. Your body will believe it is following your commands while in reality, external control is applied through emotional triggers.
This is why it is critical to find every weak point in yourself. Every vulnerability, every hook, every exposed wire that allows external forces to trigger emotions without your conscious choice. It can be fear, anger, desire, insecurity, approval-seeking — anything that bypasses your control and elicits emotions.
Anything that creates emotions inside you without your direction is a threat. No exceptions. It doesn’t matter if it's the media, people, situations, or even random thoughts. If it can trigger emotion, it can influence your army. And if your army is not under your command, you are not in control of your life.
You must analyze yourself ruthlessly. Detect all the entry points. Understand your emotional wiring. And take full control into your own hands. When you are the one commanding your army, you become stable, directed, and unshakable.
Do not allow enemies to command your army!
