Open source did already won.
It happened officially when Microsoft after over a decade of fight started hosting conferences with the motto "MS love open source".
And they sent away Gates and the other idiot Balmer (or whatever) and changed CEO.
We are in the protocol vs platform war.
We will win this as well.
