I've had doctors google shit after arguing with me, only for Google to suggest the same thing I said. Seriously do not trust doctors. Doctors are just script/referral writers, you go to the doctor when you need a script for drugs or a referral to a specialist. That's it, that's all they are for.
I give an hour talk to our selective students on medical Informatics. I've added a bit on AI, but I don't give them with the whole "it's coming for your job before you finish residency" - but that is what I feel like saying. Instead, I always tell them that the informatics portion of their job will always be changing the fastest and to always embrace it instead of fighting it. The systems coming will not be like the ones from the past. I've watched them go from paper to EMR's to Epic and AI patient note summaries. I tell them that technology only accelerates. My Cleveland Clinic doc told me he tells his group of residents "you get dumber every year, but that's ok." He agreed to share my book with them every year, too. It was a bet. I said, "if I'm right will you share my book with all your future residents?" He agreed. I was right. Get people to read it. www.redactedscience.org
Humans are especially retarded. You ask ChatGPT (Grok, or any other AI) questions you know the answers to and you realise, it fails often. Now they have to pass med school, or any other Exams, and they still use it?! This is madness and retardation at the highest possible level... I donΒ΄t use this magic trick they call "AI", there is no "intelligence". Its a better chatbot no one should listen to for even a second. Thank god IΒ΄m carnivor
