He’s saying, “I’m selfish. I want my time for me. I want my money for me. I want my energy got me.” Terrible.
He doesn't know any different and doesn't want to sacrifice time for the most important thing in his life. Most people only realize this on their deathbed.

Yup. Nobody ever dies and says they wish they had fewer kids.
He could easily have kids. He is pretty wealthy, a Mexican nanny can raise them if he wants. Or he could work less.
