The goal isn’t to replace Core with Knots as the new de facto monopoly.
The goal is to decentralize full node software so no single group can push through contentious changes.

The good news this chart depicts that nobody is talking about for this debate is that only 17% of node runners are staying up to date with the latest version of core.
That percentage drops to 2% if you want to be super precise 😉
