Syrian Arab tribal leaders said they are ready to mobilize against the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), accusing the group of attacking civilians in Aleppo and reaffirming their loyalty to Damascus. Tehran police said citywide traffic restrictions based on license plate numbers will be enforced on Tuesday and Wednesday due to severe air pollution. Under the measure, vehicles with license plates ending in odd numbers will be allowed to drive on one day, while those ending in even numbers may drive on the other.
