Humans are solar powered. And I have only touched the surface. Each wavelength of sunlight has a job to do. Infrared, red, blue, UVA, UVB... they all trigger different systems. Sunlight is a biological signal that helps to regulate: → Mitochondrial energy production. → Gene expression & circadian rhythm. → Appetite, fat-burning, and blood sugar. → Brain function, sleep, and mental clarity. → Immunity, wound healing, and inflammation. → Hormones like serotonin, cortisol, and melatonin. Next time sometimes tells you to avoid or block the sun, you can tell them that's not a good idea. Sunlight is a nutrient, we are solar powered. ____ ? = Circumstantial evidence but likely in my eyes.
