Hindsight is always 20-20, I am sure with more info you would have handled the situation differently and intelligently despite the risk of job loss that existed. #3 is definitely the most absurd reason of them all because it makes every jab's efficacy conditional on everyone getting it, which makes zero sense at all if we are at the same time touting the jab's effectiveness.
