Primal has censored all my comments where I argued against supporting regime change in Venezuela (except one) under one of their developers posts, advocating for regime change Nobody should use this company and they should be considered hostile to the protocol

Yea Im convinced by what I saw, but that is absolutely the real issue. Sacrificing censorship resistance for UX (and presumably compliance) is a slippery slope that you cant just "use another client" away. Although thankfully we always have that power. I certainly dont use them myself, I never even would have known if others didnt bring it to my attention that these posts werent loading on primal Then it only took a second of looking at primal to realize the pattern
Using a centralized server sided instance defeats the purpose of a decentralized platform. I don't know if they actually censor your stuff or not since I don't use them for this exact point of failure. Using decentral clients with a decent amount of relays prevents it entirely. I can see every post in the thread you linked.
Read before commenting lol I dont use Primal. And nostr is absolutely censorship resistant if done properly. You can always run your own relay if needed

Just logged into Primal, I'm seeing all your posts. It seems like that'd be an odd topic to have one off censorship on. Do you think there's a chance that they just failed to broadcast to the Primal relay, and now that people are talking about it, they've been re-broadcast? I believe you when you say they were missing earlier, but it doesn't look like anything's being actively censored (from what I can see anyway).
Thats covered in the comments. They likely removed the relevant notes from their caching server (primal reads notes from there, not relays), so their users werent able to see it. Then they were rebroadcat and now theyre available. Everything is visible now, but multiple people confirmed these notes wouldnt load specifically in primal And I dont think it sounds a weird topic at all to censor if youre a shirtless Primal surfer bro dev thats easily susceptible to propaganda, and you think youre doing something good by making it to your users cant see this "dangerous information"
