Today I am in Oslo for the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to María Corina Machado, a historic recognition for our struggle and for the Venezuelan people.
Here, I am reminded of something I have repeated for years, and which fully aligns with María Corina’s message: there is no peace without freedom. That truth resonates more powerfully than ever at this crucial moment for our country.
From Oslo, I raise my hopes that Venezuelans will soon be able to return home, reunite with their families, and rebuild the free and democratic nation we deserve.

The Nobel Peace Prize is a JOKE , not just this time. It's the inverse of the term Peace and we all know who runs this laughable, appalling show that no one really cares about.
Any improvement to a society should come from within. You should look very far to find the opposite anywhere.
