I listened to this podcast more than all others combined. Ty for all you have done to move the needle forward. Very impressive sir. I tried to donate some cash to you a few years ago in Nashville - because I was completely new to bitcoin (and we were still in the midst of the tyranny insanity) and I wanted it to go to wherever it could help most to foster freedom, which bitcoin means to me. You said you would rather I divide it up and donate to some homeless people (which was admirable) but I wanted it to go to helping make BTC stronger. I think you probably thought I was a whack job - Haha (when I am really just a simple freedom minded pizza guy). Preston Pysh actually intervened and accepted the check from me on your behalf (though it was never cashed) (and I’ve since donated btc to stuff you and others have suggested - Canadian truckers, etc). Freedom - for me, my children, my grandchildren, my country, the world; means more to me than anything. And I never felt it in a more precarious state than in the last few years. I thank you again, for all you have done, all whom you have helped, and all you have inspired. Absolutely great job sir. I wish you well.
Funny enough, I was just listening to on of your latest podcasts and you were talking about retiring from international travel in the next year or so. I guess this the universe agreeing with you. I encourage you to take this as such a positive new direction in your life.
Thanks Peter for not only bringing us outstanding guests that challenge us to think better but sharing your personal journey and not being afraid of what people think of you. 2018 was a turning point in my understanding of Bitcoin and your podcasts had a lot to do with it. I started listening to you in my mid 60s and hey, who says that old dogs don't do well with new tricks? Thanks to you the new trick will be a benefit to my grandkids. All the best.
