I water and fertilize and trim trees because they're not this, or too much that. Judge not unrighteous judgements lest you be judged unrighteously, but it's OK to judge righteous judgments, and often necessary.

I've thought about this a lot. Those monstrous trees that just happened to take root on a south facing slope, next to the river. Then the poor little ones that get choked out by the monsters. Such is life. I love this analogy
