Governments can take your house. #bitcoin in cold storage on the other hand has no counterparty risk.

Don't buy things that are marked up 1000% unless you absolutely have to, but seeing as how they still rent homes for cheaper then mortgage/insurance/repair cost of ownership, im gonna wait till housing prices are around .01 btc.
It can't happen soon enough 😔
I want government to fuck off with the housing/zoning regulations and then everyone able to buy a small cabin for 1sat.
