What cut of meat is that? Seriously. I started learning butchering about 18 months ago. I remember steaks like this from my childhood. Mom would buy one steak and it would feed a family of five. Dad would cook it on the grill. No one I work with knows what I’m talking about and I’m trying to figure it out.
