I think the definition of #Bitcoin layer 2 should be redefined. Generally, Off-chain protocols or platforms which are built on top of #Bitcoin are called layer 2. This is ambigious and confusing definition. According to this definition, Exchanges and sidechains such as Coinbase and Liquid becomes layer 2. Thanks to this confusing, people mistake them for #Bitcoin. Crafty blockchain companies use this terminology to make money. Some #Bitcoin -ers already have been falled for it. It's too bad🤦♂️
