...and? The facility is underground. The whole point is to bury the bombs deep underground and explode there, rather than wasting energy moving soil at the surface.

Maybe you can explain how softening up a bunch of soil under a mountain with multiple 30k lb bombs means the mountain still stands and doesn't collapse in, or even effect the soil or buildings above it other than some char from fire...
The mountain isn't going to collapse in on itself, the best you can do is block some tunnels.
I don't think the bombs did anything, but even if they did, the satellite imagery wouldn't be very helpful.
