After speaking about doing this to @Vezire, and requesting permission to do it after some more discussion, I was allowed to re-format and re-release a read she had done in January of this year.
I re-formatted it with proper headings, some italics at the end, and a notice that it wasn't my work at the very beginning. All of this was done using Obsidian with the Nostr Writer plugin.
