Ha! How many halvennings before we notice a difference in public service?
President @walker, you should have diplomatic meetings with the future mayor of Bedford, @npub14mcd...frlx. He plans a 10% reduction in council taxes every year. If I calculate right, that implies a halving every 7 years.
