They're working on it. It's not actually one single problem, but the cumulative effects of several different things. We've been trying to convince them to integrate UnifiedPush via custom ntfy.sh services, and they're starting to take the idea seriously, which is promising. If they do that, 90% of the battery drain issues will be resolved.

Ah, I will review that. Certainly the notification choicea for all privacy apps are an issue still. For example - Damus beta is testing out their new notification server today. All the regular notification methods send that data into big tech Co. Vomit. 🤮
