and no matter how much anyone is upset by my scholastic perspective: let's all take a moment to notice how times have changed over the past few years regarding social acceptability for cutting off breasts and genitals of children for "science".... not so popular now.... is it.

i explained passover to my daughter again in the car on the way to school this am.
and i explained the symbolism of the blood on the door of a jewish home: that your most sacred safety is being able to be who you are in a time of crisis.
many appease and go along to get along or stand by silently. it takes guts to say "i am a jew" in the face of those hunting you for sport. metaphorically or realistically.
because supremacists will kill you anyway. no matter how cooperative you are: you become them to "survive". you turn on the neighbors you are supposedly "helping". and you sell out everyone around you because of the erosion of the lies.
