⚡️🍻 WATCH - Tucker Carlson just asked the question millions quietly wonder: “Is even 1-2 glasses of wine actually bad for your brain?” Dr. Daniel Amen, America’s most famous brain-imaging psychiatrist, didn’t hesitate: Four years ago the American Cancer Society officially recommended ZERO alcohol — because any amount is linked to higher risk of 8 different cancers. He then went further: society has sold us the idea that alcohol is basically a “health food.” His exact words: “It’s a lie.” He also reflects on 43 years in medicine watching other big trends collapse — pain as the “fifth vital sign” (hello, opioid crisis) and benzos as “mommy’s little helper.” Sometimes the things we’ve been told are “perfectly fine in moderation” turn out to be anything but. What’s one health belief you used to accept… but now question?

I live without any artificial stimulants for the last several years. No coffee, tea, alcohol or tobacco. Enjoy good sleep and natural hormones. All that stuff was invented to make you waste money and be softer at business/political/employment negotiations.
