So anyone got some tips against Nightmares i am up at 3 and its isnt by choice this time

Start a dream journal, pen and paper next to bed.
Work out or sauna in evening
I will make a dream journal actually pretty interesting to see how i deal with everything when i am ko
Exercise, meditation, sunlight, grounding and/or magnesium. Or if it doesn't fuck up your serotonin, weed. Good luck my guy. Been fighting this fight all of my life. Never found a cure but these help.
🫂 you're processing a lot. When the worry fades, so will the intensity of the dreams. Be kind to yourself. You will be just fine.
Develop a routine throughout the day of doing a “dream check”, usually looking at your hands or some other physical action. After enough of these you’ll start doing them in your dreams and can “wake up” and begin to control them.
