Some may use the term “altered states” while some may say “non ordinary” when discussing the perceptual changes experienced under the influence of a psychedelic substance. When in such states, a large majority of people tend to report deep meaning attached to their journeys with a shift in perspective. Psychedelics have the power to soften our belief systems by reducing the intensity of our inner narratives in which our beliefs about the world operate. In return, this “belief relaxation” provides the space for new information to come in and grants our minds access to differing perspectives. There’s unlimited possibilities going from here! Have any such examples?☺️ image

I have had the experience of a conscious deconstruction of myself, having the ability to notice and examine each part or "building", thus getting the power to decide what to keep and what to let down, before reconstructing it all to be who I want to be and knowing why. First suddenly (with psychedelics), then slowly (integrating it in everyday life). Deconstruct-reconstruct
