Why am I speaking at the #Bitcoin2023 confernece? 1. My commitment to civil liberties. Bitcoin is a bulwark against the ever-intensifying surveillance and control of our private financial lives. 2. To educate myself on the innovations in payments, custody, and computing built around this open-source protocol. I want America to remain the leader in this important area of digital infrastructure. 3. Because as the old monetary system becomes increasingly unstable, dysfunctional, and corrupt, I want to understand what the alternatives, or maybe an ecosystem of alternatives, could be. #Kennedy24

In 2017, President Trump wanted to release historical documents on the killing of President Kennedy. It was stopped by then Secretary of State Pompeo. The murder of President Kennedy had ties to intelligence agencies such as DeepState, and at the time, President Kennedy wanted to take back control of the U.S. dollar and put it under the control of the U.S. government. Offending the forces behind the Fed led to being murdered.
There are a lot of tools out there that make Bitcoin theft resistant and lost resistant in ways that are not possible with other possessions. Some of these tools are still niche among crypto users, because they don't work in crypto. These tools only work with Bitcoin as far as I'm aware.

Never in my life did I give a shit for candidates, but you're making it hard not to like you. Each and every day dropping realness. As is the case in nearly all of politics, we can only hope that it manifests in real-life changes and doesn't stay as just spoken words and broken promises.
As long as Bitcoin or any other coin depend on fiat money and speculation trade they change nothing and are just one more asset for people who can afford to speculate. To create a real alternative currency to pay with we need a solid value like a connection to the gold price !
