I phrased my question incorrectly. I meant how can people with private nodes help? I have 2, looking to help more.
Look for people that can/want to become node runners and teach/help them setup a node.
If lightning can't survive being censored, it's not censorship resistant and thus not useful.
You misunderstand. Lightning wallet and Implementation makers are being attacked not lightning itself. If these people are harrassed no one will want to make Lightning easier, less cumbersome, fluid or dynamic. You'll be stuck with bare metal and CLI implementations which are difficult for the average user.
But Zeus Lightning nodes are self custodial arent they?
