Yes, of course, but even so, when we see what has been happening to our brothers, the heart still achesβ¦ but itβs the price to pay!
If only everyone was raised to respect that freedom with the highest regard, no one would have to
π«‘ yes !
Easier said then done.
Some of us haven't died before to know.

Christian values are worth dying for
Absolutely
Freedom is worth dying for.
Freedom is worth dying for.
For anyone who doesn't understand why the Star Spangled Banner and the US flag are revered so highly by Americans, please learn about the shelling of Ft. McHenry during the War of 1812.
If anyone ever kills me and the deranged use this to ironically mock me, let them know I was aware of their reaction and I stand by my words anyway. Itβs worth dying for.

Honest question, is there a difference between dying for things you say; vs dying to physically protect yourself or those who are being forcefully oppressed from having a voice?
Probably since the beginning of mankind, there has been a psycho somewhere willing to kill somebody just because they are βdifferentβ.
Meaning, to the original post, could it not be said that everyone who dies, say in a war, both sides, are dying to protect βfreedom of speechβ.
Freedom and free speech are inextricably connected
I get that, even though both of those do not mean freedom from consequence.
However, my question is better put; how does one determine if someone dies for protecting freedom of speech or because of freedom of speech?
π― sad this has gone from the predominant view of Americans to a minority, but Iβm optimistic itβs slowly coming back around
Absolutely- Iβm not a fan of Charlie; I donβt agree with 75% of the things heβs said. And that should be defended too

It's worth dismantling central banks and killing the state for
100%. Over the past 48 hours, I've been feeling so antsy in a call of action sort of way. I want to actively go out and do things to help protect free speech. Other than be honest and call out ridiculous beliefs that friends and family spout about gun ownership or freedom of speech, and voting for politicians who support these two important things, I'm unsure what else to do.
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58)

And someone just did, again, in a horrifying way, murdered in cold blood in front of his family and many others.
