I don't believe that a professional shooter would choose a neck. It seems to me that it was a miss. My wild speculation is that the shooter aimed for his head but flinched. Most likely a left handed shooter.

Original Bitcoiners always have been critical thinkers often ridiculed as conspiracy theorists. Many events in history are (partially) fake, some are real but executed under false flag and some just happened by accident, will or under manipulation (MK ultra). The playbook is huge. First learn how the game is played before running to early emotional conclusions. They no better than anybody else how the human psyche works. Hence why they became masters in creating operations to exploit weaknesses in our minds. This is another lesson to look beyond the magic show they present you. What reallt happens while you get distracted?

My first thoughts were a total jumble, something like "false flag? oh no, poor family.... who benefits from this? will this have the right calling for gun control?... wow, is this going to inflame the right/left divide... those kids will grow up without their father..."
