Well this post is missing the context of my original one which is to say I gathered this from kind 3/10002s using search.nostr.wine data so it is a rough estimate of the popular relays people connect to through the most popular clients. I also removed a LOT of old offline relays that people continue to have on their list. I never tried to claim it’s a perfect list but the data is out there for anyone else to replicate I didn’t just make it up.
Ah thanks, ya context is good. All I'm saying is these stats are hard to collect and inherently skewed, wine search is pulling these lists from the 'top relays', then obviously those top relays are in the list. But are they really the top? Probably not, eg. no Japanese relays mentioned, which are probably pretty popular. Basically I see a list like this and it just seems like a centralization feedback loop.
