Do the ones that "accept Bitcoin" actually accept Bitcoin or just have a custodian accept it for them?
Worse yet, are they lightning-only? 🤮

Why would a restaurant accept on-chain payments except for advance orders like catering? Are customers and cashiers expected to sit around for an hour to wait for a transaction to confirm?
