this is a massively important win for the global holistic docket community for high clearance personnel. the issue with france is it is always ahead of the shadow docket curve and many americans and canadians ignore that. so if something like sarkozy being tried happens and they get away with it, in a few years here - they'll do the same thing here. they're already trying it anyway with the scouts double jeopardy case for confidential informants.
