THIS is the selection process for grants that we should be using for nostr projects. Allowing bitcoin dictatorships, like the HRF (Human Rights Foundation) and Opensats, dictate for us on whether or not projects are "worthy" of a grant will only lead to the potential stifling of innovation and the loss of interest in nostr, in general.
