Nostr isn't relaying images or video in this thread. These images and videos are links that your nostr client can show but they are external to nostr. Maybe there are tools and relays that do it, though, IDK, I see stuff about streaming via nostr, so who knows?
any content linked on a note is now no longer external to nostr.
