Very interesting.
Although I don’t really understand the mechanics here.
It is cash/USD via lightning. How the recipient receives it depends on their receiving wallet/institution. Could be USD to USD, USD to sats, USD to any other currency. Bitcoin just becomes the network that transmits the value and settles the transaction instead of legacy rails.
