DIDNT VOTE FOR IT BUT YEAH SEEMS LIKE A PLAN. WOULD YOU PREFER TO LEAVE THE BORDERS OPEN THEN AND DO NOTHING ... CLEARLY THERE IS A REASON THEY CHOSE THESE PARTICULAR ILLEGALS.
