Is this on a public repo yet? I'd love to take a peek at the code.
This is actually an expanded version of a previous post. There's still plenty of room for more expansion. Can add a bit, every year.

I just wanted to pass a file name as a string to an external application. Thats all. Just that. In bash, you could just use a case statement. In rc shell, a switch. But in emacs world, the common convention is to install a massively over engineered super bloated package to do it. Leading me to get pissed off enough to discover 18 lines of elisp in a single autoloaded function is all it takes to replace all of those massively bloated, over-engineered packages. image

If you think about it, paying taxes currently is basically saying "I endorse the actions of my government" We are funding the act of killing innocent people for personal profit of others. If we all stopped paying, and just said "ENOUGH" It's over, it would be over. It's crazy that we hold that ability as a people but can't do it, nobody wants to pay, nobody wants this. We are enslaving ourselves.

Good morning nostr, the rooster is crowing as he usually does, and my coffee is very good. With the new year, i want to do a better job of keeping up with office work, doing more frequent backups of my laptops and phone, and just better organization of all that stuff. I tend to priortize my outdoor projects because i enjoy working outside. So today i'll be cooking a pot of black eyed peas with bacon. Its been a very long time since we've had those, and its the new year and all, so why not. Somewhere along the lines of us using ones and zeros to control the flow of electricity, and using incantations in different languages to control demons has me slightly confused about programming. I know how to manipulate that to interact with rudimentary HTML but after that I’m a little lost honestly.
