@Girino Vey!, GAL is the new GPL :).
I was young, i needed the money!
(i think i first wrote this license in 2002 or 2003, when i worked in France for ALSTOM/CEGELEC). It needs to be updated to use more modern memes and tropes.
2 (a) is best, unless you are a corporation
