Yeah I hear you Soon™️ we will have support through groups in nostr… it’s so early… solutions are evolving though What’s your preferred solution? And thank you for the compliment 👍

My preferred solution is to email support@domainname.ext because using any third party iming service for customer support is unprofessional, unethical, & just indicates red flag. A person shouldn't have to sign up to a third party provider to get support for something. Support should always be from the host of the product themselves.
