Let's make a few notes on the recommendation list for Nostr users with a little description.
Not a bad list but not the best. Do better. Some really active Nostr accounts that offer a ton of value.
Jack is a fly over guy here. Too busy.
Mallers is the same.
Gigi is A+ content.
Same with Viktor & Daniel; best to follow the people these two follow as they are both very active posters.

Could add simple logic for discovery using followed of those the individual follows, ranked by count?
And add # of followers of the followed as an additional variable for tie breaking the ranking.
