What is clawdbot?
an open-source project that runs on your computer and connects to different services. Tries to be your personal assistant. By default it uses Anthropic Claude or OpenAI on the backend. We want Clawd users to have a more private option with Maple because Clawd is getting all over in your personal space.
So we have tool use now in Maple with Kimi?

what space n ram it takes ?
Clawdbot is lightweight because it's mostly a bunch of scripts bolted together. Maple is hosted e2ee so it doesn't use any of your local ram to run the big models.

I've been using @Maple AI for a week and for me, it works really, really well. Just knowing it's encrypted and privacy first makes a big difference. Looking forward to replacing my AI stack with it as integrations become available 💯

Yeah. scoping out how to use any gguf model I have on local disk with it.
how do I get started with this?

How does it compare to running it with Claude?
I haven't done a full Clawdbot setup yet, just enough to get Maple integration working. It should work pretty well, given that Maple's Kimi K2 model performs well compared to Claude Sonnet 4.5.
