Also, yesterday is nightmare for UT students where they're currently exam at the time yesterday including me. The goddamn servers are down repeatedly and makes the exam interrupted for a while and holy f**k, it really annoying when they requiring the re-login or even "doesn't follow the exam". I hope in days 2 of my exam, everything is gonna be fine.

in my uni however, the only problems that i have so far is the server slow response, and yet that is only caused by the ISP that they use & outside of their stack
Yeah, I guess. The issues that I found in my campus is Server overloaded and servicing nearly 35,000 students in same time, which it's kinda insane. The error code that I found is mostly problem from databases and CPU overloaded due to higher activities. Because they use the Telkom for ISP and providing the students, so luckily there's no problem on the connection itself, but server is getting 5xx error.
35 thousands of concurrent sessions is insane. Well, They need to scale their server or tweak their backend with that amount of students in mind
Adding more hardware for servicing or fixing the internal server for SUO (they called SUO) is the solution. But because they also serve the students who currently doing exam in their systems (SUO), adding hardware and fix the internal issues is solution. Servicing for online exam for more than 35,000 or even more for international students (LN students) requires more hardware to keep that alive.
