It's hand-crafted in small batches and made when you order, in traditional AND unique flavors, but because it's LOW SUGAR, it's only about 1g of carbs per package... image ...where most store-bought jerky contains at least a cup of sugar or corn syrup, making a 2 or 3-ounce "healthy" snack very high in carbs from sugar... and for diabetics, low carb folks or anyone looking to avoid too much sugar in their snacks, that's too much sugar for jerky! The magic formula is for each pound of meat (which makes four packages of jerky), I use one drop of molasses plus allulose, which keeps the ground meat from being dry and crumbly, making it easy to bite and a pleasure to chew. After each batch is marinated, it gets rolled out on parchment, sliced into strips, dried to perfection, vacuum-sealed for decent shelf life, then packed and shipped to you.
