Actual criminals will always find a way to get around it. It is nobody's business which social media you have used in the past or what emails you have used. Email is just a colloquial term for a system of text exchange. Anything could be counted as a system of text exchange. This is a proposal I would have expected under a Kamala presidency. The US Republican base needs to shoot this down.
