I have to say the hosts really shine in this episode. @Kode does an amazing job at keeping the conversation flowing and relevant, @teepolitics opens up and goes hard in ways that just connected with me personally, and @Muslim Bitcoiner has this natural charm that resonates with clarity and authority when it comes to bitcoin. Proud of you boys! There were two parts to their conversation that really hit home with me. First of these is that part of "finding a sheikh". As a convert this has been a very mixed journey for me and I just have to say we need to do better on this in holding our scholars acountable - there is serious spiritual trauma that I've seen first hand and when money is involved in anything the risk that goes south is just too high, even for "pious" people. In fact, I'd say it is a more serious issue than sexual promiscuity, but that's a topic for another podcast 😅 The other part of this episode that connected with me was at the end when the question of hypocrisy came up. We have a bitcoin standard to live on now. If hypocrisy is something we are conscious about (and walahi, I hope we are), then taking steps in that direction are absolutely the direction we need to be going. @BitcoinMajlis does a remarkable job in this area of providing education and guidance to the ummah and we are blessed to have them.
