I've spent the last week assembling the PCB which will be the core of the build. In the prototypes you've seen so far in the videos, all the components were soldered directly to the Bitaxe and the PSU. As explained in the story of the campaign, the goal was to make it easy to assemble by developing a PCB derived from the BitHalo and adding independent fan management , move things around for more compact placement and I'm currently working on a version with a usb C port for charging your devices. I'm pleased to report that it works well, just needs minor wiring adjustments and fine tune the fan pwm logic. It was a great opportunity for me to also get into SMD soldering which I found oddly satfying!

First PCB prototype - success!
