Civilisational Splinternet operates through seperated hubs of production concealing the centre. Each geography has its own civilisational memory to draw from. Think of a civilisation as a deep operating system that begins with geography. Valleys, rivers, mountains each tells a story of war, peace and methology throughout the ages. Eventually transforming into myth that gets itched in memory, becoming instinct.

The Chinese model of splinternet is an extension of their civilisational centralised instinct which once allowed them to build the Great Wall. That same model must be antithesis to Cyber Islamicate. Approximately 2 billion Muslims spread across different localities, divided by geopolitics but brought together by one Prophet. The civilisational instinct to draw from is through the Prophet and the Sahaba. The Sahaba and the two generations after them who would go on to introduce Islam to new lands and horizons, creating new peripheries connected to the centre. Over time Islamicate engrained itself in geography initiating localised peripheries with their own civilisational instinct . Not seeking to replace culture but to reform civilisation. A potential splinternet can be mapped out based on decentralised localities feeding each other and protecting the centre .
The centre is what connects all peripheries together, all protected by a local ring that serves as a cyber border transmitting data from one locality to another through a system of decentralised relays. Essentially having a dozen internets each customised to represent a specific locality under one framework. Its that system of relays that allowes the user to cleanse the fitra through controlling content and eliminating bots and other online dangers that have wrecked the psyche of so many in the Digital age.
A Cyber Islamicate built upon a system of relays and independent nodes of production with no centralised oversight will ensure it fulfills its purpose in protecting Quran and Sunnah from external opponents and internal tyrants.
