When a founder leaves their company, the company becomes a soulless entity.
This is dangerous.
99% of businesses today are small businesses led by founders, BUT up to 80% of economic output comes from large institutions with no founder input.
This is a lot of power going into soulless establishments.
This is why our quality of air, water, food, light, and shelter (architecture) has diminished.
Soulless entities are like machines. They don't care about these things. They care about "efficiencies," often at the expense of us soulful beings.
Today, about 70% of us are employed by these large soulless establishments.
What happens when soulful beings work for soulless establishments? If this is not slavery, I don't know what is...
If a soulful being working for a soulless establishment makes a soulful decision that is not efficient and profitable yet beneficial to the greater good of all, they will be shamed & eliminated.
This includes the CEOs of the most influential companies in the world. They, too, are trapped.
This is a MAJOR problem.
The SOLution is to invest your money into soulful endeavors over soulless entities.
These are often local small businesses and founder and/or family-led companies.
Not only will this empower more soulful leaders to succeed in creating a more beautiful society for all, but also it will shift the demand dynamics for even the soulless entities.
The most efficient thing for soulless entities to do will be soulful endeavors, or they will self-destruct. Both victories for us, soulful beings.
This is VERY important.
In terms of elevation of life, which is the goal of any investment/purchase you make, you are better off DONATING your money to a local business than INVESTING it into the S&P 500. You are better off GIVING AWAY your money to your local farmer than SPENDING it at a soulless establishment like Walmart.
Your votes in the booth matter far LESS than your daily votes with your time, energy, and money.
Shift it to soulful establishments and watch the beauty within you and all around you unfold.

If you are a founder, create an exit strategy/succession plan that keeps your soulful creation in the power of soulful beings.
Whether this is passing down to family, democratizing out to customers (hard to do today), or intentional self-destruction, it is very important you consider this for the greater good of you, your loved ones, and all of humanity; otherwise, you will leave behind a soulless establishment like the many before you.
This will be Elon's greatest challenge.
